Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon arrival at Bangalore/Kochi/Chennai airports, you will be transferred to Kathmandu Airport. After arriving in Kathmandu, you will check into your hotel. Once settled, you will visit the Pashupatinath Temple, one of the holiest Hindu temples, and then explore the Boudhanath Stupa. Finally, you will return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 2: Kathmandu Valley
In the morning, finish breakfast and get ready to visit Pashupatinath Temple, the oldest Hindu temple in Kathmandu. It is dedicated to Pashupati, a form of Shiva, and is located near the Bagmati River in Nepal. This temple was classified as a World Heritage Site in 1979. Next, visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that showcases ancient Nepali architecture and culture. Then, explore Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple. It is one of the most famous Buddhist temples in Nepal, named after the monkeys who reside there. Take in the cultural and historical richness of the city. Finally, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Kathmandu to Pokhara
After having breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Pokhara, the tourist capital of Nepal. Pokhara is the second-largest city in this Himalayan country, after Kathmandu, and is situated at an altitude of over 900 metres, making it one of the highest cities and a base for many world-famous treks. The town's highlight is its lakeside, which is a popular spot for boating and is surrounded by charming shops and cafes. Upon arrival, check into your hotel, then take some time to explore the lakeside of Pokhara and enjoy a leisurely walk along Phewa Lake. Finally, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Pokhara Sightseeing
Start your day with an early morning trip to Sarangkot to witness a stunning sunrise over the Himalayas. After that, return to your hotel for breakfast. Next, visit Bindabasini Temple, dedicated to the goddess Durga and situated atop a small hill. Then, explore Devis Falls, a captivating waterfall where the Pardi Khola River vanishes underground. Enjoy a boat ride on Phewa Lake with views of the surrounding Himalayas. Finally, return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5: Pokhara to Chitwan
After breakfast, please check out of the hotel and drive to Chitwan, which will take approximately 5–6 hours. When you arrive, please check into your hotel or resort in Chitwan. In the evening, you can enjoy a traditional Tharu cultural dance performance and spend the rest of the day at your leisure. Later, have dinner and spend the night at your hotel.
Day 6: Chitwan Jungle Tour
After breakfast, you will visit Chitwan National Park, the first national park in Nepal. It was established in 1973 as the Royal Chitwan National Park and was granted the status of a World Heritage Site in 1984. Chitwan National Park is the most popular and most visited national park in Nepal out of the 12 national parks in the country. You will embark on a jungle safari to spot wildlife such as rhinos, elephants, and various bird species. You can also participate in additional activities, such as bird watching and jungle walks. Afterwards, you will return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 7: Departure
After having breakfast, check out of the hotel. Our representative will drop you off at Kathmandu airport for your flight to Bangalore/Kochi/Chennai airport for your onward journey.
