Day 1: Arrive in Gangtok
Arrival at Bagdogra Airport. Transfer to Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim. Check-in at the hotel. Half-day sightseeing at Gangtok and exploring MG Marg, the bustling market area. Back to the hotel have your dinner. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 2: Tshangu- Baba Mandir excursion - Nathula
Start early in the morning from Gangtok. Visit Tshangu Baba Mandir, a revered shrine dedicated to Baba Harbhajan Singh, a soldier of the Indian Army. Spend some time exploring the serene surroundings and offering prayers. Proceed towards Nathula Pass, which is around 20 km away from the shrine. Enjoy the scenic drive through the rugged terrain of the Himalayas at Nathula Pass, and experience the breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains and the Indo-China border. Spend some time soaking in the beauty of the landscape and clicking memorable photographs. Return to Gangtok. Have dinner and stay overnight in Gangtok.
Day 3: Gangtok half-day sightseeing & transfer to Pelling via Ravangla
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Pelling, West Sikkim. You will visit Bhaktang Waterfalls, Enche Monastery, Tashi viewpoint, and Ravangla today before transferring to Pelling. You will stay overnight in a hotel at Pelling.
Day 4: Pelling sightseeing with skywalk and transfer to Darjeeling
After breakfast, you will visit Pelling Sightseeing. Proposed points are - Pemayangtse Monastery, Skywalk, and Rabdantse Ruins. Then transfer to Queen of Hill Darjeeling. Afterward, back to the hotel to have dinner and stay overnight in Darjeeling.
Day 5: Darjeeling sightseeing
Early in the morning, around 3:45 AM, visit Tiger Hill, the best place to view the sunrise over Kanchenjunga, weather permitting. On the way back to the hotel, visit two more points: Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After returning to the hotel for breakfast, start a half-day sightseeing tour. The points of interest are the Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursdays), Tenzing and Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (closed on Sundays), and a panoramic view of the tea estate. Today, you will stay at a hotel in Darjeeling.
Day 6: Departure
After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Bagdogra Airport to catch your flight. For your onward journey.
