Day 1: Arrival in Amritsar
Pick up from Amritsar airport and check in to the hotel. After freshening up, visit the Golden Temple, the holiest Sikh shrine, and enjoy the evening at the Wagah border ceremony. Later, stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Amritsar to katra
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and travel to Katra, the starting point for the Vaishno Devi pilgrimage. Check into a hotel in Katra. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Vaishnodevi
Start your day by visiting the Vaishno Devi shrine early in the morning. After visiting the temple and seeking blessings from Mata Vaishno Devi, return to your hotel in Katra for the night.
Day 4: Katra to Srinagar
After breakfast, check out of your hotel and travel to Srinagar. Enjoy the scenic drive from Katra to Srinagar, passing through the breathtaking landscapes of Jammu and Kashmir. Upon arrival, check in to a houseboat or hotel and freshen up. Spend the evening on Dal Lake with a shikara ride. Spend the night at the hotel in Srinagar.
Day 5: Srinagar Sightseeing
After breakfast, head to the Shankaracharya Temple for panoramic views of Srinagar. Visit the Jamia Masjid and explore the local markets for souvenirs. Spend the evening admiring the breathtaking sunset over Dal Lake. After that, return to your hotel and spend the night.
Day 6: Srinagar to Gulmarg
After breakfast, head directly to Gulmarg, where you can engage in horseback riding and gondola rides. After sightseeing, return to Srinagar and spend the night.
Day 7: Srinagar to Phalgam
After breakfast, travel to Pahalgam and explore Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Chandanwari. Take a walk along the Lidder River and visit the nearby markets. Later, drive back to Srinagar for an overnight stay.
Day 8: Departure
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and be dropped off at Sheikh ul-Alam Airport for your onward journey.
